Group Lessons

Structure, high-rep sessions focused on skill building, footwork, and confidence - with options for juniors and adults

Our group lessons maintain a low 4:1 student-to-coach ratio, ensuring personalized attention. Each session uses two ball-machine lanes to maximize hitting time and provide hands-on instruction. Players will work on all key strokes — forehand, backhand, serve, volleys, and overheads — while younger players benefit from mini nets and low-compression balls to build rally skills.

Junior Group

Foundations & Inspiration

45-60 mins • Weekly Block • Available in 3 Age Groups

A progressive introduction to tennis that builds strong fundamentals and confidence through structured, high-repetition training. Players develop essential strokes and movement skills in a fun, age-appropriate environment.

  • Smart Training: Ball machines and guided drills ensure consistent reps and faster learning.

  • Scaled Equipment: Low-compression balls and mini nets adapt to each player’s age and level.

  • Program Length: Tots group (Ages 3–4) — 45 minutes; all other age groups — 60 minutes.

Adult Group
